 Cars is a Disney Pixar animated film released in 2006. This movie is a Disney staple and paved the way for many more Disney films to come. This cute movie is about a car, Lightning McQueen, and his journey to becoming a super racer driver. the movie starts out with him in a race and getting into a 3-way tie. As he is on his way to the next race, he rolls out of his trailer and finds himself in trouble with a small town off the highway. He is eager to leave and do his service as fast as he can when he slowly realizes he likes this little town and all the people in it. Before he leaves he decides to help the town by putting the lights together along with stopping by every shop and buying something. It is then revealed that the town Doctor had been a retired race car driver and found a soft spot for Lightning McQueen. They then get to the race where McQueen races the two other cars. One of the cars is really mean and decides to push the older racer into the pit, hurting him bad. And ...

  Killers of the Flower Moon is a film released in October of this year directed by Martin Scorsese. This film is a whopping 3 hours and 26 minutes, so be ready for it to take up the majority of your free time, but it is worth it. This film is about a man named Ernest, played by Leonardo DiCaprio, and his new life after the war. He moved to the oil-rich Osage territory in Oklahoma to be with his uncle, William Hale which they also called the king. From the beginning, the viewer gets a sense that William Tase is a cold man who's trying to get everyone on his side, including his sons and nephews. He encourages Ernest to go out there and find a nice wife when he meets and falls in love with Mollie, a Native American girl who will soon be inherently rich. Mollie has three sisters and a mother and within the film we see her sisters and former lovers get killed off one by one so there is no threat to the money.   Moonlight is a film created in 2016, and directed by Barry Jenkins. It starred Alex R. Hibbert, Ashton Sanders, and Trevante Rhodes, who all played the same character, but at different ages, Chiron. The film started off when Chiron was a little boy, and his nickname was Little. He was constantly running from bullies and his home life and felt alone. His mother was a substance user, and he ran away and hid after school. One day a man named Juan found him and took him under his wing, which was a very touching part of the story. The two then bond as they spend time at Juan's house when Juan and his girlfriend Teresa realize he does not want to go home. After spending many days together, the viewer then realizes that Juan is a drug dealer and is supplying drugs to Chiron's mother, which we can tell haunts him. This film is about police chief Martin Brody, played by Roy Schneider, and the events that occur in his new town Amity Island. He and his family are settling in when a wave of shark attacks occurs at their local beach. He is quick to bring this to the mayor's attention as he wants to close down the beaches because he is scared, but the mayor is against closing them down because it would lose him too much money. When the shark attacks get more frequent, a reward is created for those who can kill and bring back the shark which enables many fishermen and locals to go out and try to catch it. They return with a small tiger shark and Hooper, a young and well-educated shark expert, explains that the tiger shark is not the shark they are after.   Swiss Army Man was a film made in 2016 directed by Daniel Kwan and Daniel Scheinert and starring Daniel Radcliffe and Paul Dano. This very interesting film follows two young men, Hank and Manny, as they try to make their way back home. At the start of the film, we see Hank attempting to take his own life when he suddenly sees a body wash on shore. He goes over to see Manny, a man who seems to be dead and starts confiding in him about his life and how he ended up alone, stranded on an island. This is when weird things start to happen, Manny then farts, which Hank is shocked and repulsed by. Until he realizes Manny has special powers and can use his "farts" as a propellor and Hank rides Manny like a jet ski to a new place. Hank really starts to like Manny and talks to him as if he is alive as well as carrying him on his back at all times.
